We believe that 14 days gives you time to create a listing on eBay and see how the research can truly help your business succeed.

Unfortunately, accounts that begin as an upgrade from a free account do not qualify for the free 14-day trial, we apologize for any inconvenience. 

Monthly Subscriptions Cancellations

If you cancel after your 14 day trial period has ended, we will be unable to issue a refund and you will be charged for the rest of that month. For example, if you are billed on the 18th of every month and you cancel on September 24th, you'll be required to pay for the entire current month (September 18 - October 18 in this case) and you won't be charged again after that.

Annual Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel after your 14 day trial period has ended, we will refund 50% of your annual subscription. If you cancel after the first 90 days of your annual subscription, we will be unable to provide a refund and you won't be charged again after that.
